Recipe for 12 mini bites.
Ingredients with a quick instruction:
- 2c of porridge oats
- 1/2c of walnuts
Blend into the soft flour and add the ingredients below:
- 3 TBsp of coconut oil (melted)
- 2 TBsp of honey
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
I have spooned them into the silicone baking form for mini muffins and dig a small dimples into them for the creamy layer.
Top creamy layer:
- 200g of dried mix fruit (soak in hot water for 10min)
- 1 1/2 TBsp of tahini
Blend together properly into the creamy texture and fill the dimples in the ready mini cupcakes form.
Keep in the fridge.
They are so creamy and delicious, full of nutritions and dense. Hence you need just a small bite and that's it. Not a big deal to have a snack anytime you need something to cheer you up. :)
